Tertiary sector contractor & consultant

I have many years experience of developing and reviewing NZQCF qualifications, DASS standards (unit/skill) and micro-credentials. I also have long experience of developing programmes of study, both at sub-degree and degree level.

Following the closure of Toitū te Waiora workforce development council in December 2025 I have moved on to become a self-employed contractor / consultant. I am open to development and review work.
